We group children by age and level so that every child can follow at a comfortable pace. New students are assessed briefly before being placed in the right group. If no group is currently available at your child's level, we'll let you know and add you to a waiting list.

The location is determined in consultation with the school, organisation, or group. We can teach at your school, community centre, or another suitable space in Amsterdam. We'll discuss options during the intake conversation.
Yes. Some children start online and later prefer the energy of the classroom, or the other way around. We're flexible and happy to discuss what combination works best.
If your child misses a group lesson, they receive the lesson PDF so they can catch up on the content. Make-up options depend on group availability — please contact us to discuss.
Lessons are taught in English and Mandarin. For younger children, a little Dutch can be used as a support language if helpful. The immersive approach builds language instinct much faster than full translation.
